This isn't the same group that used to run B+G, Grace Logistic and another one is it? (Sam, Mike, Gill...thus the SMG)
 
Stop by their office (used to be on 7720 #22 Kimble) or enforce Cdn BOL Act.

Mike Jr. I will say hi to him as I will be seeing him on Friday in court. Seems this guy loves the court, but can not get the correct facts.

Funny I hear he's suing everyone in his contact list... My date is early March. I look forward to it.

How can someone sue for a paid invoice (cheque loag ago cleared)? What a waste of time and taxpayer money! :mad:

For the record as of today the Superintendent of Bankruptcy has not received any paperwork for the above accounts. Therefore they are not filing bankruptcy as of today. Both go under number companies too.
