are now on our DNU list, they were supposed to pick up a load for us on Friday, told us it was delivered at the end of the day. We now found out coil is still sitting on our customer's loading dock.

maybe give them a second chance this might have been a communication issue, they are usually a decent carrier

They are a horrible carrier, don't give them a second chance. If it was a communication issue, they would have caught it when realizing they have no record or pickup, line haul, back to hard, delivery etc... Stop sugar-coating this type of carrier. We DNU them years ago for the same reasons.
