Good Morning All,

Just checking to see if anyone else is having difficulty getting paid by this company, Sion Motor Freight.

We have an invoice over 60 days and we were told that their factoring company usually handles their payments but they weren't getting an answer from them regarding our payment so Sion said they sent us a cheque by mail themselves instead.

Hmm.... Thanks for the detective work Nawk! Much appreciated. I was not aware of this connection...

I'll keep on them and give a few more days before I get too pissy... haahaha...

I sent them another email reminding them that payment is overdue and has still not been received. I notified them that I will involve the customer next week if this is not resolved.

I also reached out to Fission Logistics, thanks for the tip @Nawk

I asked for Shawn but he was not in yet. The lady who took my call seemed very helpful and said she would find out what was going on and get back to me.

After sending that email to Sion and contacting Fission, I received a reply to my email telling me they are stopping payment on the cheque they mailed and issuing a new one today to be sent by Courier for arrival on Monday.

Couriered cheque received at 67 days... Mailed cheque received two days later.
