Shrigly Trucking

Shriggles

Thanks for the info. Just checked, we haven't used them since Aug, going to stay that way.

Perry Shrigley

I was a little bit surprised to hear they are still around.

Has everyone got paid up?

Have they turned things around?

Is Perry Shrigley Trucking Operating ?

I dropped by the office of Perry Shrigley Trucking the other day and the doors are locked and there is no sign of life. Their web site is also off-line. Their next door business neighbors thought that they had closed the doors on the operation, as they had not seen anyone around the office.

We received papers from the trustee Feb 11 luckily we owed them money for once.

Shrigley Bankrupt ?

This is unfortunate. So if there is a Trustee involved Shrigley is in a receivership and/or a bankruptcy ? So who does one go to to get a load out of Connecticut as I have dealt with his office a few times with success and the drivers have been good to deal with.

Just a little heads up... Perry Shrigley is now running under Bucky Trucking Ltd. out of St. Albert AB. Gave them a load last week. Never picked up on time , delivered a week late. They were never able to get a hold of driver, all followups were ignored any story changed daily. To make a long story short. DNU list...

Bucky Trucking owner-operators drivers ''BEWARE""

BEWARE of Bucky trucking formerly known as Shrigley Trucking . They will promise you the world but you will run around hauling their cheap freight to the middle of nowhere just to dead head to pick up a forklift or two. They some how still have the AR Williams account which doesn't really matter cause you won't get paid anyways. You will run up and down the road so management can pay their outstanding bills, and so they can pay there high insurance premiums, or pay for the other owner ops trucks that continue to brake-down all over the country . All your revenue will go to Perry Shrigley, to line his pockets, and to pay for repairs for the other owner-operators trucks. They will break you financially so you can't leave, so don't waste your time go some where else, there's tons of outfits looking for good operators.
Who wants to work for a outfit that folded less than a year ago, and left lots a people financially screwed, and don't mention their safety rating. They should lose their DOT anytime now; they can't even pull a load without getting some sort of violation.
If something was to happen, like you have an accident, or a freight claim, or whatever have-you, good-luck. His insurance is bogus because they can't afford the deductible and neither will you.
Don't even think of going there as a driver unless you are brain-dead. Trust me, I know Mr Perry Shrigley. I know many of the owner operators that have come and gone over the years. I know his friends in the industry. If you want to keep your truck , your dignity, and a little money in the bank, don't waste your time there.

Someone should scoop their good fright, like

AR Williams(contact Edmonton/Calgary) forklifts. They support all western Canada, new equipment from USA. These move from all over west coast, mid-west, east. They pay 1500 to 2500 per unit.

Moore Industrial (contact Edmonton/Calgary), lathes and milling machines, mostly from California, pays like for one 10,000 lbs. piece, Long Beach to Edmonton, pays like 3,500 to 5,000.

AT plastics (Edmonton ) full truckload going to California pays like 2000 to 3200 CAD
