We have been trying to collect on one invoice from May 29/13 from Ship Intercon in Burlington.
Has anyone else been having trouble collecting? I've been consistently told that the check has been cut, but they can't release it for some reason.
DO NOT USE SHIP INTERCON!!
 
We are in the same boat - invoice is from Feb/13 I have people calling them every day - we've been told they can't even pay their staff. Looks like we're eating this one.
 
Can't pay staff is BS. If you can't pay your staff, your staff don't show up. If someone is answering the phone there is staff.

Pursue the shipper or consignee.

I hope you collect every penny (perhaps time to change the expression to nickle as the penny is obsolete).

Not sure about these guys. Still answering the phones I just called there today,same old story cheque is in the mail

Mr Kelly may still be operating from his $1.3 million home at 2014 Scenic Point, Burlington, ON L7P 4W2, though it was listed for sale about a year ago when I was chasing him as Momentum Road Logistics
 
Scam chaser......aka William Tackberry...maybe your address should be given out and your other online aliases, since you seem to be willing to give out everyone elses. I was not aware that the law society would allow paralegals to slander.

No. I am simply suggesting that some comments are not always accurate and that people should use their real names. Isn't there enough rumors out there?

Well my 2 cents is if you pay your bills you do not have to worry about rumours it's really a simple process you contract someone to do work for you and then you pay the bill.........no muss no fuss and no rumours.
 
It also appears that other parties are upset as the site continues to be hacked...its not exactly difficult to figure out who is behind this. courts are a good place to resolve libelous comments.
 
Sure...until someone agreed to 30 day terms, picks up the freight, then out of desperation, or fear, demands immediate payment. We see how fast rumour spreads on certain sites..what happens when innocent parties are harmed....I will keep posting names....and set up new aliases myself.

"Me thinks he doth protest too much", or however that old expression goes. I don't know much about Scam Chaser, but what I do know is, his facts are usually correct and he is not prone to making libellous statements, just accurate ones.

This here is their correct address. The other is just a mailbox. It is run out of the basement of this house.
 
I have used his services to collect money owed to me from a "dead-beat", and he was very successful. In fact I seem to remember that "dead-beat" doing a fair bit of squealing as well! When trying to collect from non-payers, I don't mind if the collector uses every method possible to get what is owed to me.

how is the value of the house even remotely relevant?? are you also in possession of this Mr Kelly's personal details such that you know the house was paid for by the money Ship Intercon owes?? I doubt it.

As far as I'm concerned the house, or the money to buy it could have been inherited and has nothing whatsoever to do with the company you're attacking. Unless you can provide accurate detail to the contrary, the value of the house is off limits. Totally irrelevant.

You're just posting that to drive at a point you can't back up with fact in any way, methinks
