Any one dealt with this company? are they paying on time? Load pending. Any information would be appreciated.

They've popped up out of nowhere recently in ontario - and present themselves as an asset based carrier rather than a broker, claiming that they are a valid solution to service freight moving to northern Ontario from southern Ontario (claiming that they need to reposition their own trucks - at discount rates to asset based carriers. When awarded freight - they just send in other carriers - never their own equipment that is allegedly in need of "repositioning". I'd stay away -- but thats based on my experience having them undercut my rates by 30 percent.

thebluffs1 we are based in Saint Laurent Quebec, not Ontario. Possible mix up here ? :(​

@bigt Hey there, we believe we pay our bills on time :) any issues with an invoice or payments let us know. we want to ensure our carriers are paid on time as we have our own trucks and we understand the challenges. :)

That is us! We are an asset based company with trucks in NB, ON & QC. I understand what you are saying now. I will pass the message to the team. its not much, however here is a virtual sorry.
 
the asset side consists of 6 trucks?
so not really truly asset-based considering the amount of freight being brokered out of QC.
 
@artmax we have 46 trucks running within Canada, 8 trucks running to the US and we have a brokerage division. yes we broker out a lot of shipments. Also all carriers reading this, we pay out bills. Net 35 days and we work with all the factoring companies.

ok, so its actually false that you are looking to reposition your trucks to northern Ontario - and what your sales team should be telling customers is that you are looking to reposition your carriers trucks as a broker to service northern ontario?
Thanks for confirming what I suspected about the way clients are approached and information is presented.

@thebluffs1 I understand what you are saying, will chat with the sales team about this. It is tough right now out there. Also any brokers reading this, we do have our own trucks, they are in GTA, GMA, NB, and RIVIERE DU LOUP area. Our asset trucks go into eastern US, furthermore you can check for references with any of the big brokers.
