I did not say they should pay me to initiate the claim . What i said was they don't want to go through proper channels but not pay us as well ? How is that fair ? Plus they have made me spend this much time trying to defend myself? Is it what I am supposed to do with my time ?
When all this person had to do was go through proper channels and prove that they are in the right.
But no instead they have made us spend this much time trying to defend myself by putting out literal proofs of emails and conversations but still not getting replies from their accounting for our payment.
So this company NCC has this much time to come to a forum making an anonymous profile but they dont have 5 minutes to write a email or reply to calls regarding payments? Forget that , they had time and energy to come here for this but not go through insurance?
Look at my email screenshots @loaders . I asked them to even take us to court in which i said I will bear the initial cost of filing as well and let the court decide . Their Owings to us are close to 8 -9 k i think which is nothing to a broker who does not intend to pay in the end . But for an asset owning carrier paying insurance, paying fuel , paying installments and drivers we have a lot of overhead and if we allow them to do this to us today , I dont know how many more will get encouragement to do this tomorrow.
All they want to do since the start is to not pay for this freight to us. As simple as what I can see from all of this.
