All kinds of excuses why they had not picked up the load, finally loaded, took week to get to MB from WA.
Delivered to the wrong place with the wrong freight.
Promised to pick it up and make it right, more delays, finally said they cannot do the load.

New dispatcher "Sarb" tried to book freight with us but very glad that I read the comments prior to loading his truck.
 
Did 2 ltl's for us East to West in April, let me first say that we are pretty easy going when it comes to ltl (don't over commit), but both ltl's note after note same thing everyday for almost 2 weeks. Can't reach driver, will deliver tomorrow, will deliver tomorrow etc etc. Would not be my first choice on ltl and wouldn't use point blank on time sensitive. They also dropped freight for BC in AB and had to go back and get it for correct delivery.
 
Right up there with Heartland only worse . Had to get Police involved after 2 weeks of not delivering I reported freight stolen
 
Also just wanted to add, that they also solicited a client of ours, 20 mins after a logistics staff member here accidently asked them to quote on a load for us without knowning the history of this carrier.... our client called to let us know that 7H called them directly.

Bolton -> Saskatoon LTL on a flatbed.
7H quoted us $1500, called our client offering to do the load for $1800, our client said she had someone cheaper who she uses, and then 7H offered $1500 bux...

Just a heads up....
