Good day!

We have 24' to send from Etobicoke to Seattle, WA
Thing is, delivery needs to be done with a straight truck.
That place is a challenge to back up ( 12' high - 30' long max )
Wondering if any of you know an agent in Seattle that can receive this on their dock and deliver? ( delivery is 10/26 060 am sharp, installers on site )
Or maybe someone can just do it with their own agent from start to finish!

Pretty sure it's too much freight for Polaris. Try Peter at Westayr.
 
If Polaris can't do the 24' line haul , they might be able to put you in touch with their agent for the final delivery on a straight truck. Worth a phone call at least.
 
So Peter at Westayr cannot help.

But will definitely try Spring Creek.

Polaris does not take more than 4 skids spots from outside carriers/brokers. Only from customers directly. Or so I was told! But might be able to get their agent name. Worth a try!!

Yes - sometimes they shy away from 'larger' LTL, but are often able to help hook you up with a good agent locally.

We used Gless Trucking out of Auburn, WA only once: 800-548-7159. Used once last year. nothing current.

Pace cannot help with a straight truck delivery
Polaris says they don't have any agent to refer me for this in WA ( yeah yeah )
Will contact Gless trucking later this morning - never know.
 
Check out Accord Transport or Concord Transport out of Etobicke.

Both of them have their own terminal there.

So far, communication has been great! all was resolved and settled quickly!
