Has anyone ever dealt with seaside transportation out of Rothsay NB?

Those guys are ex General Freight/Brookville guys. I have known them for years. They seem to be really slow paying, which sucks, because they are a straight up bunch and do a great job.

As of today Seaside is out of business.

Brad is the owner and he also owns BURGESS FREIGHT. I just received a bounced check last week for $600. Since its the same owner I would stay away from Seaside and Burgess Freight. Do a search on Burgess and you will find more info there.

Has anyone received a legal "Notice Of The Receiver" regarding the closure of both Seaside Transportation and Burgess Freight? Mailboxes for both companies are full when you call.

If they legally closed - documents should have been received by now.

Please advise on this ASAP.

Brad just shut the doors and disappeared. No one knows where he went.

I received my " Notice Of Receiver " this morning in the mail.
On October 28, 2013 Grant Thornton Limited became the Receiver in respect to Burgess Freight Carriers Inc.
They were appointed by The Royal Bank of Canada.
It mentions nothing of Seaside Transportation.
