This outfit is a joke. We picked up and delivered load in June. Now their dispatcher does not work there anymore and he did not set-up our company in their system. Since Aug 16, I've talked to 5 different people and every one of them told me that they will set up us in their system and cheque should be going out soon. As of today, they have not done that.
I finally spoke to the AP manager and she is asking for a POD and authorities and insurance again - blaming us that we did not provide this to them. Which is total lie.
Long story short, very very bad company to deal with. Be cautious when dealing with them.
