These guys have matured alot as a company and we actually deal with them on almost daily basis

I had stopped using them after repeated last min cancelations. haven't given them a thing in over a year. others I know have used them in the recent past and I'd say hit or miss for reliability. maybe you just have the freight that they really want?

We have proof that they double brokered one of our loads recently.
It's new information as of now, but definitely have proof from our consignee, after Safex was already over a day late for the delivery. Consignee let us know that the truck that arrived was not a Safex truck.

Question is do they pay their bills and carriers

We asked for video footage of the information and it seems that the consignee was wrong and it was clearly a safex truck.
No double brokering and no issues..
