Has anyone dealt with this company? Contact is Paul 416-477-2864 and they have some of my freight that was to deliver today and they are not answering the phone.

We have a Safeway Freight System who is now not active in US., Parmavir is the dispatcher, not sure if same carrier, I showed them on Newcombe Dr., Mississauga, the phone I had was 416-830-2134 fax 877-248-2134.

So Paul takes some LTL for me Milton to Edmonton lies about it's progress every day and lies so outlandish I know it can't be true but I play along because there's no rush and it's entertaining to see how stupid he thinks I must be. 11 days after pick-up he says oops the truck forgot to stop in Alberta and my freights on his dock in Vancouver so knowing that this is yet another lie I decide to call his bluff and offer to pick it up as I have a truck in the area (I didn't) then the stories start to really fly. I let him know he hasn't been fooling anyone and give him the opportunity to come clean but he decides to lie some more and tells me it's the dock guys fault that he never put it on March 14ths truck or March 21st truck. Now it's back on my dock 12 days later.

I'm sorry, I'm trying not to laugh, but its funny to hear the s**t people try pass off when they think they are covering their own arses...and when they think they are smarter than the person on the other end of the phone....

Thanks for the info on Safeway, another one added to our DNU list.

will add to this by telling everyone that we used Safeway Trucklines for a move to Winnipeg in May. Seems they subcontracted the pick up but never paid that carrier. Cannot get an answer now on their phone. Same contact Paul at the same number. Major scammer!

this company is a joke, $425 can't pay for over 100 days. Numbers are ringing, nobody picks up. on Google map it is a residential 4 -5 story building...someone opened this company in 2014 and began double brokering, calling customers...

yup same here .. we were doing the local deliveries here, but .... no more, still outstanding invoice.

Seems as though there could be a little more fuel to the fire, as if the posts below aren't enough to sway working with Safeway Trucklines.
Previous owner of Formula Freight (Arnold) I understand bought Safeway a few months back. Funny how people think that they won't be found out if they open a new company or buy one and run it to the ground screwing people along the way...

Keep well,
Mike
