Gord, do you have better luck with collections that following up yourself? Don't you only get 20 or 30 cents on the dollar for that?

PackRat, depends on what collection agency you use and if they are willing to do the Bill of Lading Act too,

I have had good luck with collections agency.
 
This is the same owner as former company Formula Freight (Arnold). He closed up shop and burnt a lot of people. He bought Safeway back in August and is now doing the same thing.

Heads up to all dealing with this company.

Arnold was also Transnet Trucking, Meyerside drive, Mississauga .. he left a few skids at our warehouse. never did show up to "collect them" .. we did contact the customer, we were told the PO # was no longer valid, and told to get rid of them .. anyone in need of wax paper sheets ? .. lol
