Notation I entered in my system 08/11/10 - Missed pickup for 2 days (lies along the way), ended up booking with another provider of course. Do not use under any circumstances.
This is the one and only shipment we booked with this provider (it was an AB - QC TL).
Not sure if this is a reflection of how business is currently handled over there (it was a few months ago).

We had some major problems with these guys. I hate to bad mouth, but if you have another option to move your frieght. I would go that route instead.
But then again.. I have only worked with them one time. But one time was enough for me!!

Had a load with them 2 weeks ago going to Saskatchewan. 1 hour before delivery he advised us the freight never left his dock. All that time we were tracking with him it was on the way. Freight ended up being over a week late. Lies and more lies during the whole process.

Wow.. sounds like everyone has had the exact same service that we got. Seriously these other stories are cookie cutter what happened to us. Now I don't feel so bad for posting a response to this thread. Incredible that people like this stay in business!!!
