Good Afternoon All,

I have an invoice nearing 50 days with this company, S & K Logistics.

When I call their office it says the company name is Loadify.

Their phone system has three options. 1 - To book a load... 2 - Billing... 3 - Sales...

I have tried all three and they all go to voicemail.

A message we left nearly two weeks ago has not been returned.

Anyone have any payment for contact info for this company?

After not getting anybody by phone, I did send an email to the same address we sent the invoice to... Nothing back yet, but I'll move the effort to social media next if I don't hear back soon...

Well, I'm not much of a social media guy, but I have a twitter account... for whatever reason... haahahaa.. I think I have tweeted maybe 5 times or less about stupid stuff...

Anyway, I just tweeted to Loadify's twitter account... or at least I think I did... haahahaa... We'll see if that gets their attention because they don't answer the phone and haven't replied to my email...

I have also checked their website and emailed the two email addresses I found there along with another one that was provided by our dispatch to let them know our next contact will be to the customer to demand payment for our services.

Oh, and if you would like a good laugh... You can call their office and listen to the phone message that describes them as North America's Leading Logistics Provider... Really??? Come on...

For a company that doesn't even answer the phone, they certainly have an over inflated opinion of themselves...

this is ever company website tagline.. who exactly are these people leading vs? What defines leading? It's like people who use "quality" as a selling point, but cant quantify what exactly "quality" is.

I do enjoy your cash chasing endeavors - i know you've helped me to collect! Keep up the good fight JC

Thanks for your encouraging words BPOVFB... I enjoy your input on this forum as well.

These are serious things, trying to collect from slow payers or non-payers, but in the end, I want to have fun with life and with my job and I try to keep it as light as possible and kidding around is a great way to do so!

I heard back from a guy named Kunal today who claimed to have received the invoice 30 days ago, and by some coincidence it is scheduled for payment tomorrow... :rolleyes:

I pointed out to him that it was sent by email exactly 50 days ago, so....

They may claim to be North America's Leading Logistics Provider, but apparently they do not know how to use a calendar...

did you try linkedin .. I have had some success when I message people on there...

Thanks for the suggestion Tasuinam! I hadn't thought of that one. Although, I'm not a member either...

I think we are all set, as I have now received an EFT confirmation that says it will be paid today.

Ironically, yesterday afternoon our dispatch was the recipient of an email blast offering several loads from this company... um, no thanks...

My history with Loadify (S&K Logistics) shows that we had two shipments in Dec 2024 paid in 57 and 69 days.
