RXO entered a definitive agreement to buy Coyote Logistics from UPS

RXO entered a definitive agreement to buy Coyote Logistics from UPS for $1.025 billion, according to a news release Sunday. RXO expects the deal to help diversify and expand its customer base, providing at least $25 million in synergies, according to the company.

UPS bought Coyote in 2015 for 1.7 billion and now sells it for 1.025 billion. As per reports, Coyote made somewhere around 4.7 million last year.
