Rush international.. Not paying

Rush transport from concord, invoice from mar $3000.00 cdn not paying, office people put you on hold forever, and mike from rush said they had no money to pay.sam the office manager, wont answer calls, they give false cell numbers out. Called customer, rubies makeup, from markham, talked to chries, they wont help either
 
That's probabaly because they gave you double brokered freight and now they have to wait to get paid from the Broker that has to wait to get paid by their customer.

I gave them freight last year and the double brokered it and it was 3 days late.

DNU list !!!!
 
Hmmm...something isn't right. Rush shows Rush Courier International and Rush Courier Systems in SAFER but both companies do not show any power units and it almost appears as if they hadn't reported miles to the DOT since 2004. You'd almost think they've never been inspected because there is not one statistic I can see about OOS and Link only shows a CVOR. I suspect they are double-brokering like there is no tomorrow to have that kind of statistical invisibility.
 
Taylor made and rush

Apparently, steve from taylor made, gave rush the load to rubies in markham, rush double brokered the load, steve from taylor made, does not care in the least if rush pays their freight bills or not. Hes gotten paid and thats all that matters to him. He wont help at all.
 
Shouldnt be a big surprise that they double broker. No matter what point in the northern hemisphere you do a carrier search in link they have available equipment. They must have thousands of trucks.......
 
I'd say ask them for a truck # and driver name and if they can't give you that, they don't get the order. I'd love to see them go get an order that doesn't exist and watch to see when the truck shows up without any "Rush" markings or cab cards, then tell them to slope off. Sounds dirty but it would prove to them that we know what they're up to.
 
Steve from Taylor Made and I have spoken, and he is going to do whatever it takes to help us get paid from Rush. We greatly appreciate his help and hopefully with his calling and pressuring them to pay us, we will get paid.

Received a letter from rush.... . They are forced after twenty five years in business they can not meet their financial obligations and are ceasing operations................
 
I called Rush International and talked to John who said that they are still in business...

Anyone have any news on this?:confused:
 
As per John's request at Rush, I faxed the invoice over to him, so I did not mail it...sorry I couldn't help on that.

When I get the chq...(ahem)...I'll check the address and post it for you!;)
