Used once (I'd never heard of them before) about a month ago on a small LTL.
P/U info was given to them at 9:30 AM
"We'll be there around lunch" she says.
P/U was made at 4:15 PM (at a shipper that closes at 4:30). Things change... it's the GTA - I get that.
DEL was done on the day requested... but again, just before close.
They did the job - yes. But I didn't get a good feeling of confidence. And yes, Shakey... they were difficult to trace.
