Just checking if anyone has used this carrier at all please if they can give an idea on their service.

hour and half late loading could not reach dispatch. Sent in 48 but that is our fault per them for not advising required 53 for loading as everyone uses 48 reefers in the west you know. After loaded said no issue will get the other three skids on Wednesday.............hour and half late for delivery today and again couldn't get anyone on phone again to find out what happened with truck or when it would make appointment......finally get Christine on to return email and get this: only one here you know I'm very busy and by the way now I cant do anything with your three skids and your fault your dispatch didn't tell us had to have 53'.

Used once (I'd never heard of them before) about a month ago on a small LTL.
P/U info was given to them at 9:30 AM
"We'll be there around lunch" she says.
P/U was made at 4:15 PM (at a shipper that closes at 4:30). Things change... it's the GTA - I get that.
DEL was done on the day requested... but again, just before close.
They did the job - yes. But I didn't get a good feeling of confidence. And yes, Shakey... they were difficult to trace.

thanks guys and makes a lot more sense now our issues................love when operations misses steps on new carriers always gets you in the but!
