DRC - I apologize for the bad grammar, but I only found the article in French. I had too use Google Translate.

MIRABEL -

Following the raid on a warehouse in Mirabel, November 7, police took stock of goods found to be valued at more than $ 500,000.

On November 7 - a dozen policemen investigated smuggling which led to a warehouse at 12705 Park Street in the Saint-Janvier Mirabel area - where they spent many hours. The warehouse was located at RPM Transportation. They found cigarettes and more than 200 tons of leaf tobacco and several pallets of various products stolen from several locations in Quebec and Ontario, "said Sergeant Benoit Richard of the SQc.

The police have seized on trailers stolen merchandise - work pants (Blainville), solid wood from Lake Etchemin, moldings etc. Also a trailer containing more than 150 coffee Kering brands, blowers, saw mills, several toolboxes - all stolen in Montreal - valued at more than $ 100,000. Two pallets of heavy truck tires, 25 boxes steel knives stolen from Toronto and a 53-foot trailer which contained 150 cases of beer stolen in Ontario.

A 41 year old male from Blainville was arrested on the spot and will appear at a later date. The police recovered the evidence concerning the law on the import of tobacco in Quebec.

Gut feeling

Great read ,

Knew something was fishy with these guys, did one load for them , nightmare to deal with , calling 10 times a day to track their shipment.
They did a load for us and customer service was impossible to reach.

DO NOT CONFUSE WITH R.P.M. TRANSIT from Melbourne QC.
They are a great carrier and very professional in all aspects.

Some of that product is ours (well our customers)............that lone male suspect will probably get a good solid 3 months for this.

I'm not sure if this is the same RPM - this is for RPM Freightlines Canada Inc.in Mississauga, ON
