In my experience, how good the service is depends on the region and the operations person handling it. Overall pretty decent though.

We have been dealing with Robert for 14 years giving them daily shipments and they always deliver when suppose to without drama. We have done a few loads for them but they are 75 days to pay. Huh we pay them in 30 so I guess that will change.

Second largest carrier in Quebec with over 900 units. They have carried out quite a diverse lateral expansion, they now do a great deal of warehousing and distribution shifting focus away from Trucking.
Rumor mill has it, that they are funded by Fond de Solidarite du Quebec, and have a great deal of support from the labor Unions.
When they need funding they reach out to the province.
Have pulled for them without any payment issues for the last 10 years.
