Wondering if the community has had any recent issues with ROADX Ontario. We have used them for numerous years without any issues. Recently had delays into Quebec that were explained as snow-related (understandable). However now, a load was delivering to Montreal on Monday, snow banks impeded delivery, rescheduled for Tuesday AM, no delivery (dispatch communication issue), was guaranteed delivery this morning at 7 AM, but at 10:30 was still NOT delivered, but was to be delivered by 11:00 AM. Cannot get threw to dispatch any longer as the phone number just rings and no one answers. Any feedback is appreciated.

just a guess but thinking the freight is still in Georgetown. They do not have the best record on IST.
Thanks Rob. I finally got a hold of Dispatch. Jas seems honest and upfront, and we did see a pic of the trailer stuck (snow bank) trying to bet in on Monday to the Montreal site for delivery. The trailer is in Laval at a secured yard. Hopefully, we get this ironed out for delivery at 7 AM tomorrow. Appreciate your feedback.
Well, I finally got a hold of dispatch by phone (a good omen). The scheduling of this load just continuously became an issue trying to schedule it with trucks coming in from Ontario with loads on them already. Has rescheduled with a driver who's gonna head in tonight at 3 AM and unhook his load and rehook ours then to redeliver ours by 7 AM. I truly believe Jas, he sounds honest. Let you all know the outcome.
