Delivered a load here with 46 hours of waiting time
if the broker is telling you there is appt its a lie-
the customer knows his warehouse staff use the trailers hooked up the to the trucks as floating storage space
if driver is ready to do reset at rcvr and you got a good rate take it

If you pick this load from Pickering, on. My suggestions is drop it back. We did same load in march. Appointment was for 10 am driver was there 1 hour before. Security told driver he doesn't have appointment & there are 60 trucks before him. After 10 hours of waiting on the road. we were told come back tomm you will the first guy for offloading. Next day they give dock but even after 15 hours they didn't touch the freight. So long story sort my driver spent 5 days for offloading. I pay layovers & waiting time from my pocket.

I think it's new ... appt yesterday at 17:30 - still wiating... broker said last load guy was out in 1 1/2hr..so lets see

I would say still lucky . My driver was off loaded after 5 days.

The receiver needs to get their shit together. I would be demanding a $1000 MINIMUM for sitting that long or the shit would be on someone else's dock. There is NO need ever for that and a place like this should be blackballed by every carrier there is. 20 hours to get unloaded who in the hell do they think they are Loblaws...
