I don't complain much despite the lies that 'cloud' this industry. If you decide to ship with a carrier by the name of Right Service Right Choice - THINK AGAIN - they should rebrand as Wrong Service - Wrong Choice. They accepted a shipment to New Mexico LTL from my dock last Friday that was supposed to depart over the weekend - only to find out on Monday - they had customs issues. Well, we work with that customs broker daily; and they never received submission, on 7/13 - they fessed up not being able to handle the load as they could build a truck going in that direction; would have been nice to know on 7/12. They told us they were to return the freight to our dock to find a competent carrier that could committ to handling. Well the freight didn't get redelivered 7/12, and they the continued lies upon lies 7/13, the said to be on schedule to return the freight 7/14 @ 2:30 - which lead to a 7:30 redeliver back to my dock. After a 11 hour day, its always great to hang around for your 13th and 14th hour. Freight finally came back - skid crushed - requiring rebuild - and covered in women's scarfs for some reason. Hit our DNU list without fail. Ride this ride at your own risk. Just sharing, BEWARE of these guys

@thebluffs1 - It was more in jest, but some companies may utilize "whatsapp" - the messenger app to meet other "like minded folks" to double broker freight. Not limited to whatsapp either, just using that as an example.

Their LTL Service has been horrendous for years.
FTL sucks also. One of our shippers used a broker on a load. The broker being a cheap prick used these asshats to haul a load to Washington State. A week or so after it was supposed to deliver my shipper calls me asking about these clowns seems the load had still not left their yard. Worked out for us the broker no longer gets freight from the shipper.

Hi Kaidex, I am also carrier, no LTL, I know some of my customers worked with transport N for LTL shipments and they did not have any issues, with these guys, they do LTL all the way to CA, maybe they can help you out for your late shipment .. good luck

Absolute Trash. NON stop lies throughout the shipment. Hours of delays. They will have a nice surprise with the invoice when they send it. Just a tip for anyone who doesnt already know... find out if they use a factoring company 1st and email them prior to the carrier sending them the invoice so they don't get funded for it. Then they can actually pay for screwing people around. Aman is an absolute joke
