Shipment picked up in Montreal yesterday and was to deliver in Brampton this morning 8 am.
At 8 am driver is delayed and ETA is around 2 pm.
Shipper calls me at 1:30 pm to tell me that the driver brought the freight back. I call the driver and he says repairs cost too much money and it's not his truck so he's not paying for it. Dispatch had no idea that driver was doing this.
