We did a shipment for them in Nov 2019 and has been promised that the cheque is in the mail since Jan 17. On Feb 7 we were told to wait a few more days for the cheque to arrive which is usually an indication that the AP person found the cheque haphazardly laying on their desk and they'll put it in the mail right away but are too embarrassed to tell the truth. A week later we are getting the run a-rounds - the dispatcher keeps hanging up on us, the AP person is never available...
