Whether you damage the customer's lawn or not is between you and the customer. Your contract was to deliver the freight - which you did with no damage to the freight. You need to get paid and deal directly with the customer for the lawn damage. I would be calling the shipper / consignee everyone by nowHe still owe me $3500 been 7 months now we delivered sent pod right way after 2 weeks he came back that our truck damage customer lawn and nothing was reported at delivery time no photos no proofs now keep saying they r taking customer to court! still nothing

what is John's full name - we had the same situation in 2021 with a John interestingly - delivered to a house in QC and same - lawn damaged with pics and wanted to hold payment.
