CARRIER WAS GIVEN LOADS TO HAUL WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT. LOADS WERE THEN DOUBLE BROKERED TO ANOTHER CARRIER VIOLATING OUR CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY THEN BACK SOLICITED US AND WENT DIRECTLY TO OUR CUSTOMER / SHIPPER FOR LOADS. OUR CUSTOMER SENT US SCREEN SHOTS OF THEIR COMMUNICATION AND ADVISED THAT WE NOT USE THEM. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL. STAY AWAY.

I will have to look into them. gave them a few loads. Funny I'm just mailing a cheque for them to eCapital.

That's brutal, they call on my flatbed loads from time to time with absurd rates, haven't used them yet, and doesn't look like I will either.

What do you mean by absurd rate? Please elaborate.

Any recent experience with them? Still on the DNU list?
Stay away. They continue to back solicit. We get calls from our other regulars out west that Razer offers loads to (loads that they solicited from our clients that they picked up from).

Unfortunately we picked up a load for Razer and they are not paying their bill. Do not haul for them.
I thought they are a carrier, guess not. So what you are saying is that they double broker.. So don't give or take a load from them.

They are a carrier and they broker as well…this doesn’t look like it’s double brokered, we’re getting in touch with the shipper and we’ll soon find out.
Hey did you get any response from Razer? or an sort of update? I tried reaching out to them they are not answering.

Razer I think is an asset based company but they owe us 2 invoices its been over 90 days and he keeps saying he hasnt got funds from his customer. I am also waiting them to pay us my accounting team has been calling them every day since.
I hate this answer.

Doesn't matter if they didn't get funds from the customer. Broker has obligation to pay.

Part of the brokerage game is waiting for payments from the customer but paying carriers
