Rapidco Group dba/ Global Logistics Mgmt, Kitchener, ON

tread lightly, I have been trying to reach them for payment and no response via email or phone. Their 866# is no longer in service. I have advise I will be contacting the customer by morning if I don't hear back.
 
Thank you... We appreciate the info.. they just called from the 866#- I've tried to call it back and says the mail box is full. :(
 
Are you still having issues getting paid? I have an older invoice with them and i can't reach them.
 
We decided not to take the shipment- especially when I tried calling the 866 # and was unable to get through... bad feeling from the get go. I'll let you know if I happen to hear from them again...

I have a pending load with these guys but am extremely hesitant to book now after seeing this.

EDIT: I didn't take the load with them. I asked for credit references and they had Jeak Logistics on their list (they have some really interesting threads about them on this forum) and that was the icing on the cake. They also had references I wouldn't count as references. On my DNU now.

We decided to take the shipment... requested quick pay - paid with no issues. We will most likely use them again...

We have an invoice outstanding with RapidCo. Numerous attempts at contacting them has resulted in nothing. Does anyone have any current information to help me?
 
Hi Jim L... we received payment in June- just did the one shipment... but I do have a cell number maybe you could try... ? 519-722-7710 and I have the Company Officer as Ryan Collins email ryan@rapidcogroup.com
 
i'm allegedly getting payment today. Time to call loadlink- I'd invite you all to log complaints as well if you have experienced this as well
