If you have enough volume 100+ moves a year you can go straight to CN.
Be aware that you won't find much in the way of 53' boxes from the south though. Typically all that's available are 40's (which still works fine if you're moving multiple loads).
If you don't have that kind of volume a reseller (Apps or someone like that) can probably move these for you.

Norfolk Southern or CSX would be able to help you with this. Both interchange with CN and CP... for furtherance to Western Canada.
