Can anyone provide us with some service experience for this carrier please? Load pending....perhaps.
 
Try to deal with Al. Iryna makes promises and then cannot fulfill. I agree that you will have to keep on them for updates...
 
Yes they get the job done, get Al's cell # to get real updates, we have had issues with equipment that showed that was to heavy to scale a load, most times they deliver as promised. Always wonder if Al and Iryna are talking to each other or fighting when they are in the same room and your on the phone hearing the screaming in their home language, haha.
 
STAY AWAY !!! HUGE ISSUES !! DOUBLE BROKERED LOAD TO " OWNER OP " , ADDED FREIGHT ON A TL WHICH CAUSED THE LOAD TO BE 2 DAYS LATE. LIED ABOUT IT ! THEN THIS CAUSED ISSUES AT THE BORDER AS THEY TRIED TO USE 2 ACI E MANIFESTS TO CROSS BORDER . WORST PART IS WE LOST THE CUSTOMER AND IRYNA DIDN"T UNDERSTAND WHY WE WERE UPSET. SHE EVEN CALLED US BACK FOR ANOTHER LOAD. ***** SORRY FOR ALL CAPS BUT STAY AWAY ****

We only connect with them about every 6 months going back to 2018 almost always TL.

Everything has picked up and delivered on time and I looked at all the POD paperwork we have scanned and all is OK.

No issues here.

I would like to leave my feedback about this company. Was dealing with a man ( not sure what was his man and a women named Iryna ).

We had one shipment booked with them, from ON to Cali, we booked them only since they told that will arrive on Monday afternoon so they can wait till Tuesday to get our freight offloaded. It was a 20' partial. After pick up, they sent us an email that this will be delivered by Thursday now, and they are not promising us anything. We asked them to get offloaded so we can send a different driver to do this job for us. We called them, they were pretty rude, told that we can not get offloaded this since they don't care and they already have another load that driver is going to pick up to make it a full load. We talked with them for about one hour, asking them to get this offloaded, they denied, and was keeping raising the voice on us, was calling us with bad words( forgot to put on mute the phone ). So, they told us, either you pay us for FTL to make deliver it on Tuesday 7 AM, either we will deliver it by/on Thursday. So, we had no choice, and in order to save our relations with customer, we paid them FTL, that caused us a lose of 1300$ USD. Overall, they still failed with their delivery, and delivered only on Wednesday.

If you have any LTL loads, better to not go with them, since, they will manipulate you and you will be forced to do what they say.

I hope my feedback, will save someone else relations with their customer.
