Booked a local Ontario ltl load with me in the morning, I traced 3 times and April says everything was fine for pick-up. When the customer called wondering where the truck was at 3:30 when they close at 4 I traced again and was told "we dispatched our driver at 12:30 and haven't been able to reach him since" knowing they were lying I called their bluff and said don't worry my customer is there 24hrs please pick-up asap and the reply was "my driver does this all the time you're best to find someone else"
So please beware this carrier is a really bad liar and/or hires bad drivers.

Is that all ? They got a guy there dispatching named Luciano, hired him to move 1 skid direct from here to GTA, easy right ? They screwed it all up and when challenged Luciano screams bloody murder at our dispatch. Told one of my guys he would come down here and F@#% him in the ear !! What ? QCT is without a doubt the most juvenile transport operation I've ever had the misfortune of connecting with. Total jerks
