DNU!!!

Booked a load with us and backed out 30 mins after they were supposed to pick up in Winnipeg....Claimed truck froze in Regina and they were getting it fixed...I advised they could load tomorrow instead if they need the extra time, to which they said the weekend was coming and they can't do it

Awful , clearly lies and got a better rate

A single cancellation isn't really warranting this write up, whether they lied or not. Gagandeep has done 13 shipments for us, no major issues or delays and decent communication from what I can see.

Have them on a shipment now and it is the first time dealing with them... email communication isn't great, but they do pickup calls at least. Don't expext any updates if they are running late, etc. unless you ask. Late for delivery, but at least it was not a strict appt.
I would pick and choose what shipments to give them depending on your customer requirements.

I have used them twice on pretty critical loads and they havent let me down. Good communication and the rates were great.
