Currently on my DNU list. Serge had done about 10 loads for me but then dropped the ball on a HOT shipment without explanation about 2 years ago. I understand that service problems occur but it was his attitude and lack of care that put him on my DNU.

Also on our DNU, gave our freight to a buddy carrier of theirs who could not get set up in our system in time to make sure they got the load.

Mediocre carrier... I'll use him only if I'm stuck.
Serge tends to "guess" where his trucks "should be" and is often wrong.
ie: "He's delivering now" at 8:00 AM... then your customer calls at 10:00 AM looking for the truck... you call Serge back and he says "I thought he was there but he's going to be delivering in an hour."
Yeesh... if you're not sure... say so... don't guess (or lie) just to get me off the phone.
