Do someone here have done business with Prizm Carrier out of Edmonton,AB ? Are they reliable ?

I would have to inform everyone here of the poor ethics of those guys. Unbelivable. Lying to our face multiple times. Probably have sold out our flat bed ltl to another carrier and then they lost track of the said carrier. But the amount of energy they put into trying to create a bogus story is mesmerizing. A fake GPS location was given to us. We sent a good friend of ours trying to locate the truck at the exact spot where the driver was supposed to be, visiting family apparently, and there was no truck there. They then send us the log of one driver, but its a different name than the one he was giving us at the beginning of the story who happens to give us the exact location of that truck, which is rather in Edmonton, not in Regina. I strongly suggest you stay away. Amir seems to be using all the lying tricks in one day. He says he is the owner, which I doubt now. I saw the name of Dalbir Bhinder on their HazMat certification. Anyone knows the guy?Don't even bother talking to Yuva, he has no idea about anything that is going on with our booking, stating "I just returned from holidays today, a 2 months holidays, but his name is all over the documents opening their file with us, a week ago. I tell you i've been doing this for quite some time and yet still this industry surprises me.

Anyone by any chance out here has taken an ltl load out of Quebec to Alberta with those guys?

Got the final story. Material got loaded in Quebec, offloaded in Toronto, consolidated with other material, waited there enough time to have enough material, then brokered out to a carrier going west for a cheap price. Delivered one week after the agreement. We know who they brokered it to so what do you suggest we do with the agreed rate?

Sounds like they only actually moved the QC to ON so...
Pay them a QC to ON LTL rate.
Pay the actual carrier that moved the rest of the load.

DNU Prizm and move on.

Could use some current info on these guys. Looks like they are asking for a US to AB load we have. Anybody have anything good to say?

They are on our DNU list. We have proof they double-broke the first load we gave them. I suggest you find someone else if you don't want any problem

Please give some details Shayne, plus how current is your experience.

booked 14 flatbed loads to the south from mtl.

At the start I couldn't understand how they had so many trucks in mtl at the same time considering they are from out west.

Long story short 2 hours before the first load was set to p/u they cancelled all the loads saying none of my trucks are in town and then we did a bit more digging into them and were happy they didnt make the loads

Anyone work with them recently? Doing a load from AB to USA, would like more info before giving it to them.
