Read about it online everyting they touched got burned. I think this all buying out and borrowing money was a scam. There had to be a inside guys somewhere giving them all of this money. Close to 2 billion worth of money in bankruptcy. This is only good news, transportation needs a self cleansing from people and companies that dont know how to even drive a truck not alone running one.

If you look at the FMCSA SMS carrier profile for Arnold Transportation you will see that, over the two + years that Pride operated the company, the carrier is now over the national average and has had numerous accidents, some with fatalities.

I would bet that the writing was on the wall - either they closed it or FMCSA would come in with some questions.

I can't remember where I read it, but they mentioned that the Canadian operations were funding it, which had been bleeding for months.
