Premier, like most large moving companies, uses agents across the country. I would call their head office in Mississauga and tell them that their agent in Saskatoon is using their name for credit and not paying bills. I am sure they will settle it in a hurry.

I had a similar situation involving Atlas Van Lines. We did some work for a smaller Quebec affiliate company - could not get the money out of them. I got Atlas involved - contacted their head office and advised what was going on with their branch "umbrella" company.
They promptly contacted the other party to pay us - Atlas advised it would be taken care of and the matter was resolved within a couple weeks.
Contact Premiere's head office and get the ball rolling - someone there will definitely be interested to hear just what is going on with their branch agents.
