I'm 99% sure they are owned by CAT, never did business with Pival but CAT was never a problem getting paid.
 
I doubt they're owned by CAT given that CAT has started a Logistics division that is pretty eagerly promoting themselves. Could be ex-employees, I'd guess.
 
CAT did start it up but that's why I put the 99% in there because that was quite a few years ago and haven't really heard to much about them. When they started it was all tires for GM which CAT has big contracts with Goodyear and maybe more.

Anyone have anything recent Payment-wise? We have an invoice currently @ 77 days and seem to be getting the runaround.
 
That's how they pay. Around 60-75 days. Always need to send them a statement and ask for payment. The cheque is always 'waiting for signature'. We don't extend them much credit, but they've always paid.
 
currently at 70 days, we started calling at 45 and where told their terms are "60 days" now being told it will go out tomorrow. emails signature doesn't even have a contact name, all this for $400.00. never again.
