WORST COMPANY EVER!!! begged me for a load with tight delivery hours....only to show up 4 hours late and then load and go to sleep.... NO SHOWED LOBLAWS delivery as well as federated CO-OP.... dispatch told me unless I give them an updated confirmation stating there would be no fine they will take their sweet time or not even load ( this conversation happened while the truck was at the shipper handcuffing me )

they are late this morning as expected and their dispatch just lies and feeds you lip service.... I hope they go out of business sooner than later

Always best to not broker freight with tight hours and fines.. I stay away from that stuff and stick to freight that can't be damaged and does not require more than minimal service.. (its out there)..That way I'm not always overpromising and/or apologizing.

100% …. SEE I GAVE THEM THIS LOAD WEDNESDAY FOR A SUNDAY PICKUP...… they begged me for this load, and then delivered a day and a half late.... 864 picked up Sunday after guaranteeing me it would deliver on time...… DELIVERED THIS MORNING!!! LOL what a joke of a company..... I lost my account over this and they said that is unfortunate but life goes on..... NEVER WILL I USE THESE MORONS AGAIN

There sure seems to be a segment of the industry that thinks appointments etc only matter to the people making them. Have had it numerous times send a load con must load by 3, No problem buddy we can do that. Check at noon all good check at 130 ish all good but at 250 pm you get the call. Oh the driver has to pick his kids up from school he will leave Brampton 4-5 can you tell them to wait? What happened too load before 3. Oh just have them wait it will be fine. Ya for you and your lying sack o shit company maybe but my client is elbows and assholes out the door at 3 and pissed off their load will not be at their clients. Just an FYI if you are in the service industry such as we are in transportation maybe some real service might help.

.PS I had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday and I am crustier than a bear at the fair today might be part of my rant...
