These guys (Chris & Peter) have been giving a series of broken promises to pay a bill now 73 days old. Is anyone else having similar problems collecting from them?

Spoke To Chris Today And He Claims They Are Still At The Other Address.........what Is His Home Address In Case It Comes Down To That?
 
they are at 51 Sacha rd. Hespeler, and yes you do have to go to the house to get your money, I had to. The door to knock on is on your right.:D
 
I have a driver rolling up to his house at the moment, he is 6'4" 300lbs does anybody need anything collected. We will have the street blocked with our truck and trailer and will be telling the whole neighbourhood that he does not pay his bills.
 
I had to contact the consignee to get my payment. The check was sent to me by the consignee.

I gotta say... I love that tactic!! haahaha.... block the street, spread the word, litter the street with collection letters!... sorry, I added that last one...

So, how did it work out anyway?
 
The front door was open and my driver walked in and all the people claimed to know nothing or no one from Pineridge. Our driver didn't see an office so he couldn't put up too much of a stink but as soon as he left all the doors where locked so it probably was. We went to their customer who is going to try and help us out. May just have to take a drive out myself.
 
Still trying to collect from May 2009. Was told cheque cheque in mail but of course it never shows up. Anyone having any luck ? They are still on the link.

You wouldn't expect "Link" to kick them to the curb would you? That would be biting the hand that feeds you!

As long as they pay their monthly fees NOTHING will be done.
