Housing is such a disaster; even with the new HST credits for first-time and 2nd-time buyers, they still can't build anything people can afford.

Seeing as I currently work at a modular home, commercial and industrial building manufacturer, an influx of intelligent, hard working, law abiding people with money to buy land and a home to put on it is extremely favourable.

Criminals like those in this original post, feel free to stay right where you are rather than coming to this great land.
