Hauled a load of produce for them, Arrived with a sealed trailer, correct temperature. Picked up and delivered as per appointments - Never a minute late.
2 months later when we get short paid - They said they found some crooked boxes in the middle of the trailer that no one could see.
Driver was not allowed on the dock at the shipper or receiver. Came out with clean bills - but still we ended up paying for a couple of not broken - but crooked boxes. And the Damage they said was close to 2000.00 USD.
These guys play games with carriers and screw them up when it is time to pay the bill. We checked with them after delivery was completed and all was good - They praised us for a wonderful service and said Thank you but never mentioned they would take 2000 of our invoice.
Good, We did not move more loads for them after the first load.
Carriers, owner operators - Do not move for PEARCE WORLD WIDE LOGISTICS.
Very dishonest people.
