Anyone else receiving a "World Class" runaround from PCI in Burlington? Mailed an invoice on June 16 which was just returned to me today by Canada Post as "Return to Sender/Moved/Unknown". What i find strange is accounts receivable has been speaking with the girls at PCI for the last month about this invoice and they keep promising that it will be in the mail "any day now". Called Dave to get his new address and guess what? According to him he has not moved and has no idea what I'm talking about. Now my curiousity is piqued, look on Link and they have a completely differant address listed. Go to 411.ca and no PCI Trans in Burlington found, do a reverse find on the phone number and it comes up with a personal line at yet another address. Am i just a pessimist, or does this seem a little stinky?
 
Invoices returned to us today also. Our billing department called and verified the address with Dave - no change. He advised would not accept faxed copies - would just "shred them and throw into the garbage".

Emailed the copies to Stephanie in A/P - no reply yet. They were from June and just returned today in the mail....doesn't sound very good....
