We did a shipment for them,, but they never had an account with us, so they paid us COD, no problem, cheque cleared.

tooo slow and really not a trustworthy guy "dave" no couple companies that held his load for overdue invoices

Yes I Am Finding That Out About Him. He Is Refusing To Pay An Invoice Because We Didn't Pick Up All Of The Freight Even Though It Wasn't All Ready. Now He Wants Us To Pick Up The Rest For No Charge. He Also Claims That His Customer Never Paid Him For The Freight That They Did Receive. I Highly Doubt That. Off To Small Claims Court We Go!!!
