On our DNU now
Gave them 10 skids to NC and another 3 skids to GA both appointment deliveries
NC delivered no issue
GA had 4 skids loaded behind it (GA had 4am appointment Monday) they apparently couldn't get cleared on weekend I was told Monday so please re-book for Wednesday, I said understand no issue will do please send me copies of issues on the non clearance for my piece of mind, they said no issue.
Tuesday morning didn't clear again but don't worry we can still make Wednesday. Great you have team? No we use old trucks so we are paper logs my guys do this all the time. Um no sorry that doesn't work for me and I now know you are breaking law so we will make it Thursday or just in-case Friday I'm not going to be part of a driver breaking law.
Wednesday same issue, wont send backup on clearance issue now as what does that matter.
We got freight back moved FTL and still have happy client

1/2 load in OH p/u friday all seemed ok. Now its excuse after excuse after excuse. Customer needed Monday to rework the goods for their customer. it now Tuesday 11am still cant get an ETA from them, Being held at Costco del appt yesterday, then in traffic but on his way, this morning find out didn't deliver truck broke down....now he being held at CDN Tire at a delivery appt, only 1 city driver. Company is a joke DNU

The Costco appointment is bullshit as you can only have Costco goods on the trailer when delivering and nobody else.
