P & D Freightlines/ JMP transport

In June, I was told JMP was merging with P&D and all trucks were to be relicensed under P&D??? I believe at the time we booked freight with JMP and P & D moved it. JMP is on dnu with us

P & D did a load for me last month.. no problems... but watch out as they did backsolicit a client of mine 2 yrs ago....
Unfortunately, we booked before realising this was the company that had back solicited. They were decent for pick up and deliveries though

I would appreciate any payment trends on this company - not sure about this one. D&B doesn't have much to report - for a business that has been around since 2004 - there should be alot more information. Not alot of positive prior posts here from a carrier perspective...

They do a fair bit of work for us actually ... their service is fine ... don't expect show quality equipment though.
Probably not the best choice to use as a broker though ... these guys are usually undercapitalized and I think they are paid on our quick pay program.
