We use them as a carrier a fair bit and they're fine. I would imagine they'd be pretty decent to deal with on money matters too.

We have a lot of appointment LTL and they messed up big 3 times and that got them on our DNU. They may be good for non appointment freight but be careful on the appointment ones.
