I have never used them but Link had notified us of a legal action for over $7,000 against them in May this year.

This is the third this company has changed names but same owner. I can't remember the second company name at the moment it will come to me but they use to be Beeline in Mississauga years ago ran alot of east coast freight. Good old Marty.
We had issues getting paid by both companies.

Overtime express

Is the second company cf eagle?
Just putting this all together now.
Did 4 loads with cf eagle in 2007 and paid between 82 and 112 days.
Did not realize that they were now called overtime xpress
just got paid from them @ 69 days.

I believe Marty is with Titan Transline now. Still doing the same crap he did at CF Eagle and Overtime, as in not paying his invoices.
