Is it just me or is outbound freight really picking up? I don't really have capacity for outbound - but was curious if the rates were picking up as well????
I'd say that's a negative. It hasn't really changed much. What's changed is that we have been having trucks run empty for our loads in some cases ... so trucks are moving but with no freight. A temporary situation, I'm sure.
