Over 180 days non paying invoice and their customer Majeska in Terrebonne don't care about it!!!

Jack always has a good reason not to pay - enough is enough!!!!

I have a feeling I know whats up with these guys: OTP has had DHL's local cartage contract in Montreal for a LOOOONG time, but DHL's Canadian-Domestic business has just been sold to Transforce, so I am sure OTP has/or will be getting the boot. I am sure this was their biggets contract as you would never see a DHL unit that wasn't pulled by OTP equipment. Anyway, this is most likely why they are stalling, but I wouldn't wait for 'financing' to come through. If they owe you money, start making noise any way you can.

Good luck to all involved.
Regards,
-Boss

I contacted OTP to see if I could help them with a factoring program. I was told they are already factoring. Thought you'd all be interested to know...
